Please note that this policy applies to all reservations, and we are unable to make exceptions. Because unexpected events can happen such as illness, emergencies, weather disruptions, or changes in travel plans, we strongly encourage guests to purchase their own travel insurance. Toilet Use Kindly do not flush napkins or personal hygiene products into the toilet, as these may cause clogging. Please dispose of them in the trash bin provided. If clogging occurs during your stay due to improper use, a $400 fee will be charged to cover the plumber’s visit and repair. Please ensure that any deliveries are addressed under the name on your reservation and that you notify us in advance. This helps our team properly identify your package and avoid any issues.
